These terms govern your use of Haris Designers' graphic design services, project agreements, revisions, and deliverables.
Effective date: March 1, 2025
1. Services
Haris Designers provides professional graphic design services including but not limited to: packaging design, label design, brand identity, logo design, print design, UI/UX design, and digital design. Each project is scoped individually based on client requirements.
2. Project Agreements
Work begins upon receipt of project details, agreed scope, and any required deposit (if applicable). A summary of the agreed scope is provided before work commences. Scope changes after project start may incur additional charges.
3. Revisions
Standard packages include 2–3 revision rounds. Each revision round must be submitted as a consolidated list of changes. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number are billed at an hourly rate to be agreed in advance.
4. Deliverables
Upon final payment, the client receives print-ready source files in the agreed formats (typically AI, PDF, EPS, PNG). Files are organised and labelled. All files are delivered via email or a shared cloud folder link.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full commercial usage rights to the final delivered design. Haris Designers retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
6. Payment
Payment terms are agreed per project. Final files are released upon receipt of full and cleared payment. We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and other methods as agreed.
7. Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has begun, payment is due for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any deposit paid is non-refundable once design work has commenced.
8. Limitation of Liability
Haris Designers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our design services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement in the first instance.
